WaveSnatcher (v0.1.5) — Music Downloader for SoundCloud

WaveSnatcher is a desktop app that lets you save music from SoundCloud straight to your computer. No browser extensions, no sketchy websites — paste a link, hit load, and the audio is yours.

The app pulls the song's title, artist, duration, and album art automatically. That album art becomes a full-screen blurred background that shifts with every track, giving the whole interface a dynamic, immersive feel.

• Paste a SoundCloud URL and load the track in seconds
• Recently played history persists across sessions — click any card to reload a track instantly
• One-click audio download in the best available quality, with automatic MP3 conversion if FFmpeg is installed
• Clean dark interface with rounded cards and purple accents

How to use

1. Paste a SoundCloud URL into the input bar
2. Press Load or hit Enter
3. Press Download Audio and choose where to save it

Requirements Windows — no Python installation needed 

Optional: FFmpeg for MP3 conversion (saves as .webm otherwise)
